Answers to Common Questions

Who is this for?

For individuals who value discipline, structure, and long-term strength. If you want deliberate training—not random workouts—you’ll fit well here.

How does it work?

The Stoic Body Practice runs in 12-week seasonal cycles. You train three days per week using structured, progressive programming designed to build resilient strength.

Do I need experience?

No. You need willingness, consistency, and the ability to follow a plan. The rest is built.

What equipment is required?

Access to fundamental strength tools: barbells or dumbbells, plates, and space to carry load.

How do I join?

Each season has a defined consultation window. When it opens, book your consultation. If it’s a good fit, you’ll secure your place in the next wave.
