The Stoic Body Practice runs in 12-week seasonal cycles. You train three days per week using structured, progressive programming designed to build resilient strength.
Do I need experience?
No. You need willingness, consistency, and the ability to follow a plan. The rest is built.
What equipment is required?
Access to fundamental strength tools: barbells or dumbbells, plates, and space to carry load.
How do I join?
