Welcome to Stoic Body Practice LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or participating in our coaching services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Stoic Body Practice LLC provides online fitness coaching, programming, and general wellness guidance. Services may include exercise programming, communication, and educational content.
These services are intended for general fitness purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
You have completed any required intake and waiver forms
3. Payment & Billing
Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the agreed-upon rate (e.g., $100/month)
By purchasing, you authorize automatic recurring payments via your selected payment method
Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
Billing Terms
Billing occurs on the same date each month
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle
No refunds are provided for: Partial months Missed sessions Failure to use the service
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Follow instructions at your own discretion and within your physical limits
Disclose any injuries, limitations, or health conditions
Consult a physician if you have any concerns about your ability to participate
Communicate honestly and promptly regarding your training
6. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in any fitness program involves inherent risks, including injury or death, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.

7. No Guarantees
Results from fitness coaching vary based on many factors, including effort, consistency, and individual physiology.
We do not guarantee specific results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stoic Body Practice LLC shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your participation in our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All training programs, materials, and content provided are the property of Stoic Body Practice LLC and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion, including in cases of:
Non-payment
Abuse or inappropriate behavior
Failure to follow program guidelines
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
